These are applications for intervention by the real brother of first informant Ramdas Eknath Patil, who is reported to be died on 22nd April, 2018. It is stated that the applicant is the younger brother of the first informant and he is also victim in the present crime and he desires to espouse the cause of the first informant. For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in Anticipatory Bail Applications No.704 of 2018 and 734 of 2018 are hereby directed to implead the intervener Shri. Vasudev Eknath Patil as respondent no.2. Said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the first informant within the same stipulated period.

Applications are allowed in aforesaid terms.
