By an order dated 27th March, 2015 the coordinate bench (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J) had allowed the application seeking modification of the condition partly. The clause (i) of the operative order is as under :

(i) Resultantly, the application is allowed. The applicant is directed to be released on bail in above said crime number on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/(Rupees Fifteen 1/3

Thousan only) with one or more sureties to make up like amount instead of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/;" The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is residing in a slum area. She has a house of her own. However, it is not possible for her to secure sureties who can furnish P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/-. Therefore, the applicant prays for cash bail for a limited period of 8 weeks.

In the circumstances stated above, the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant shall be enlarged on cash bail of Rs. 15,000/- for a period of 8 week within which the applicant shall furnish sureties and comply with the order dated 27th March, 20125. After being 2/3

released on bail, the applicant shall report to the concerned police station and furnish her permanent address, cell phone number, landline number and other details to the Investigating Officer.
