The learned counsel for the applicants/accused submits that due to the strike of lawyers at Pune, this pre arrest bail application was moved before this Court directly and the interim protection was granted to the applicant by an order dated 30th June, 2015. Now the strike is called-off and he wants to file the application before the Sessions Court, Pune. Hence, protection granted by this Court by an order dated 30th June, 2015 be extended. 1 / 2

In view of this, the protection granted to the applicant by an order dated 30th June, 2015 is hereby extended till 14th August, 2015 on the same terms and conditions.
