Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Advocate for the petitioner submits that they received vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises in the month of July, 2013.

In view of these facts, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition. Same is dismissed. Liberty granted to the petitioner to prefer appropriate proceeding if they so desire for recovery of the compensation and that application will be decided on its own merits.

In view of dismissal of Contempt Petition, nothing survives in the pending Civil Application. Same is rejected as infructuous.
