The Petition can be disposed of by substituting the order of 29th March 2019 of the Charity Commissioner with a workable order.

The 1st Petitioner Trust will conduct its Aakhada annually on the relevant religious days between 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The 2nd Respondent, Trust or Mandali will conduct its separate Aakhada from 7.00 pm onwards.

We have no objection to the parties by consent or agreement, which need not be in writing, at any time in future agreeing on hosting and conducting a single Aakhada jointly under the joint auspices of both Trusts. We do not compel the two Trusts to do so. We leave it to their Trustees to arrive at a reasonable understanding. 4.

This order is by consent of the parties.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms. No order as to costs.
