Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant on Civil Application seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 978 of 2016, which suffered dismissal on account of noncompliance of the order passed on 11th April, 2016. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for the Applicant to have not complied with

the order within time. Under these circumstances the Civil Application is allowed. Writ Petition No. 978 of 2016 is ordered to be restored to its original number. 2.
