Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from the petitioner who is present before the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file execution proceedings to execute the decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.394 of 2014 by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In the interest of justice, we direct that in the event, such execution proceedings are filed within a period of two weeks from today, the executing Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and on its own merits.
