The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the land of the Petitioners is taken in possession by MIDC. However, no acquisition proceedings are initiated nor any compensation amount is paid to the Petitioners. The learned Advocate for MIDC submits that the board of MIDC has passed a resolution and decided to grant equivalent alternate land to the Petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submits that the said proposal is agreeable to the Petitioners.

In the light of that, the MIDC shall allot the equivalent alternate land to the Petitioners expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
