Heard the matter finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

mca130.14.odt 2] The application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 314 of 2014 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, District-Thanke, to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli. The child of 21⁄2 years lives with the present applicant and the reasons are stated in the application making out a case of inconvenience in attending the proceedings in the court at Kalyan. The respondent-husband has no objection for such an order of transfer.

3] In view of above, the application is allowed. Hindu Marriage Petition No. 314 of 2014 pending Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, District-Thane, is transferred to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sangli. The application stands disposed of. No order as to cost. The parties to appear before the Court at Sangli on 20th July, 2015. The trial Court to decide the matter expeditiously.
