This is a successive Application for bail. The earlier application for bail bearing Bail Application No. 2448 of 2017 has been dismissed as withdrawn by an Order dated 10th January 2018. 2.

Perusal of record indicates that, except passage of time, there is no change least to say any substantive change in circumstances than those were while passing earlier Order dated 10th January 2018. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief to the Applicant predominantly on the ground of circumstances under which the present crime is committed by the Applicant, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave 1/2

Leave and liberty granted.
