Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned AGP submits that the authority has now taken up the documents and would pass orders on it. It appears that subsequently, directions have been issued by Respondent No.3 for acceptance of the documents and if the documents conform to the provision of the Registration Act, may register it. Naturally, the Respondents would pass orders with regard to the registration of the documents or otherwise, on its own merits.
