This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1-Prabhakar Sampat Deshmukh on record with a prayer for condonation of delay of 65 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application is condoned. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) of the application.

(ii) Respondents to carry out necessary amendment to the cause-title of Writ Petition No.4697 of 2018 to add legal representatives of deceased Aarti Palkar
