This matter is moved by the learned Counsel for the petitioner for speaking to minutes of the order dated 27th July, 2018. 3.

Heard. The following corrections are made in the order dated 27th July, 2018.

(i) In para 7, line 4 from bottom, the words "to give an undertaking before the trial Court that the said house will be demolished, if the suit is decreed" are to be substituted with "to give an undertaking before the trial Court that the said house will be demolished if it is found to be constructed on the suit property, if the suit is decreed".

"The petitioner shall not claim any equity".

(iii) The following paragraph is to be added after paragraph no.7. "7a.

The petitioner is allowed to construct WC and bath room".

The original order dated 27th July, 2018 stand modified/ corrected accordingly.
