The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed on account of the conditional order dated 26-7-2013, which was in respect of effecting service on the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. The reasons why the conditional order could not be complied with are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the above Petition is restored to file. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
