jdk 2 12.cam.162.17.doc This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing the Family Court Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent has tendered affidavit-in-reply. He states that the delay is of 139 days. He vehemently opposed the condonation of delay. In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the delay ought to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Application is allowed in above terms.

Place the Family Court Appeal for admission on 14.11.2017.
