1) By an Order dated 4th July 2016 the applicant was granted interim relief. As of today the chargesheet is filed. After perusing the first information report and the statements of the eye-witnesses, it is revealed that the role attributed to the applicant is that, she assaulted Smt. Surekha and Smt. Dnyanika with fist blows. The applicant is aged 51 years. The statements of various witnesses would reveal that a general role is attributed to the present applicant in the crime and therefore the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 4th July 2016 is hereby confirmed.
