Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that during pendency of this application, now the charge-sheet is filed and in the changed circumstances, the Applicant desires to approach the Sessions Court for his release on bail.

Considering this prayer and considering the changed circumstances, the permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to make an application for bail before the Sessions Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
