P.C.:- The main Writ Petition wherein the prayer is for quashing the First Information Report is pending at admission stage. As of today, there is no settlement between the parties and therefore, we direct that the main Writ Petition shall be fixed for admission on 5th April, 2017. If there is no settlement arrived at between the parties by the next date, the Petition will be finally disposed of at the admission stage itself. As far as the present Application is concerned, a relief against arrest in favour of the employees, staff and board of directors of the Writ Petitioner-Company has been sought. Therefore, in such a writ petition, no such relief can be sought in favour of the employees, staff and board of directors of the Petitioner -Company.
