It appears that Notice issued through Bailiff to Respondent No.5 and 6 returned unserved with remarks "address not traceable, hence returned" and "said Respondent not found and room was locked", respectively. Moreover, R.P.A.D. Notices issued to Respondent No.5 and 6 are returned unserved with postal remark "Incomplete address" and "Unclaimed"

respectively.

The addresses mentioned in above Notices are similar addresses mentioned in Appeal Memo and also in Judgment of the Lower Court of The Member, M.A.C.T., Sindhudurg at Oros.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 by way of Publication in Daily Newspapers "Navshakti Times" and "Free Press Journal".

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), returnable by 8 weeks.
