P.C:- These are the applications filed by the Review Petitioner, seeking condonation of delay. In case of Writ Petition filed by the State the delay is 51 days and in case of Review Petition filed by CIDCO, the delay is of 53 days.

The learned Counsel for the original Writ Petitioner opposed the application and submits that no sufficient cause is stated. The grounds mentioned do not constitute sufficient cause. The delay, it appears is of 51 and 53 days. It is trite that an application for condonation of delay has to be liberally considered. The reasons are given in the applications.

For the reasons stated, the applications are allowed. Delay in filing of the applications are condoned.
