This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree passed by learned IInd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli dated 30.11.1993 in LAR No.53 of 1991, whereby the amount of compensation is enhanced by Rs.44,400/-. The SLAO had granted compensation of Rs.19,650/-. The amount of difference is Rs.24,750/-. Considering the GR dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018, the amount enhanced is within four times of the amount awarded by learned SLAO. Considering the same, learned AGP seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal. Manoj
