Learned counsel (appointed) is present. We have heard him and learned APP. Prisoner in jail has sent this application requesting permission to appear in person to argue the matter finally. He also seeks discharge of his advocate (appointed).

Appeal is of the year 2013. We therefore direct Registry to list the matter on final hearing Board. The counsel (appointed) to continue to represent him.
