DATED : 13th JULY, 2022 P.C:- In the order dated 28/6/2022, the case of the prosecution was briefly referred to, and even the accusations levelled against the applicant were mentioned. He face accusation of outraging the modesty and this accusation come by way of supplementary statement. It was recorded that the custodial interrogation is not necessary.

The applicant was directed to report to the police station on the given dates and it is not the case of the prosecution that he had not abided by the said directions. In the wake of the observations made in the order dated 28/6/2022, since the prosecution do not seek custody of Tilak

It is however, made clear that the applicant shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer as and when called.
