In past, he was permitted to apply for passport vide Order dated 4th April 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.484 of 2017. Hence, the following Order :

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to renew his passport and the Passport Authority may renew it as per the prevalent Rules.
