Record indicates that, by an Order dated 30th March 2009, Rule was granted in the present Petition of 2006. However, interim relief was not granted in favour of the Petitioner.

Today, when the Petition was called out for hearing, the Advocate for Petitioner sought time. On earlier occasion also, i.e. 1st April 2021, the Advocate for the Petitioner had sought time. 3.
Mr.Shelatkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Mundhwa, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are unaware about the facts of the complaint filed by the Petitioner.

This Court requested Mr.Shelatkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner to proceed with the hearing of present Petition, however for want of instructions, he expressed his inability to proceed with the matter. 5.
