Learned A.P.P. has placed on record a report from the Investigating Officer of Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane, dated 08/07/2022. The said report states that in the wake of the accusations levelled in the complaint that while the complainant was being driven in a car, the accused persons chased the car on a motorcycle and have asked the car to be taken to one side. 2.
Recording that, this has resulted into a non-cognizable offence, a final report has been submitted to the Magistrate, 2nd Court, Thane, vide report dated 07/07/2022 under outward entry No.7022 of 2022.

In the wake of the above, the application does not deserve any hearing and is disposed off.

It is made clear that this, however, will not preclude the complainant from initiating any appropriate steps like objecting to the said report.
