The Applicant shall deposit balance amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in this Court within a period of one week.

2.

The District Court at Palghar shall transfer the amount deposited by the Applicant to the Registrar of this Court.

3.

During pendency of the hearing and final disposal of Second Appeal, the Respondent shall not apply for withdrawal of any amount deposited by the Plaintiff. 4.

The Registrar of this Court shall invest the entire amount in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and thereafter, renew the same from time to time for the same period.
