The Plaintiff to the Suit moved an application for deletion of the Defendants, which I am informed is pending for consideration.

In the wake of the submissions made, on 8th July, 2021 this Court has vacated the interim relief granted in the present Revision, so that the trial Court should proceed with the prayer of the Plaintiff for deletion of the Applicants/Defendants.

I am informed that the said proceedings are still pending for consideration.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present Revision Applications stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Court to deal with the prayer of the Respondent-Plaintiff for deletion of Applicant expeditiously and in any case within ten weeks from today. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
