The learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the matter has been settled with the workers. Out of 24 workers, 18 workers have tendered their resignation and have accepted the monetary compensation. Six workers taken in employment by respondent no.3. The registration of two workers is still pending.

After the order was passed by the respondent no.2 on 3rd August, 2018, the workers have already settled the matter with respondent no.3. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 affirms the said fact.

The petitioner is the Union. If the workers of the petitioner/Union have already settled the matter, then the

27-WP-7898-2019 petitioner has no cause to prosecute the matter further. 4.

In case the workers are aggrieved by any act, it is for them to assail it in appropriate proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
