This is an application for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the appeal. He submits that he has served the caveator - the respondent. However, since nobody appeared on 5.8.2015, the matter was fixed today. Nobody appears for the respondent even today. Private service dated 5.8.2015 on the advocate Sanket Mungale, taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
