The counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner was aware of the new addresses 10 years ago and still he chose not to write the correct addresses. Be that as it may, it does not have much bearing on the merits of the matter.

In the circumstances, application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out and copy served upon the Advocate for the respondent on or before 10.2.2015.
