After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition to submit the information which according to the petitioner is required under the rule and format. He further submits that in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the same may not be given effect for the period of two weeks enabling the petitioner to seek interim order form the competent court.

With the aforesaid liberty and with the direction that if any adverse order against the petitioner is passed by the Authority, the same shall not be given effect to for two weeks, petition is allowed
