In view of above, we direct Respondent No.3-Education OfÏcer to decide the proposal, is so received from Respondent Nos.1 and 2, for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner, within 10 weeks from the date of production of this order. 3.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
