The grievance of the Petitioner is that though they have submitted representation dated 15/02/2016 and 05/11/2016 before the Respondent No.2, raising objection about inclusion of the portion of their land for road widening but till date no decision has been taken on the said representations.

Without commenting upon the merits of the Petitioner's claim, we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on it, if not already taken, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to appear before the Respondent No.2 on 22/10/2018 at 11.00 a.m.
