1. The order dated 16th February, 2017 passed by this Court records that the respondent was willing to work in the petitioner's organisation as set out in paragraph 4 of the additional affidavit which is dated 7th February, 2017. Perusal of paragraph 4 reveals that the respondent had been reinstated and was offered the same duties as earlier i.e. maintaining the registers of the participants of various courses conducted by Samaj which included Beautician Course, Stitching and Sewing Classes, jewellery making course etc.
2. Today, the parties will now proceed with the complaint before the Industrial Court being Complaint (ULP) No.487 of 2015 and in the meantime the respondent will continue to be engaged as aforesaid. In 1/2
11.w1391.17.odt view of above, the parties are directed to appear before the Industrial Court on 18th March, 2019 when the Industrial Court shall list the matter and fix schedule for hearing.
3. In the circumstances the Industrial Court is directed to dispose of complaint without being influenced by the observations in pleadings or written statement in this petition and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
4. In the meantime the respondent shall continue to render services as aforesaid, pending disposal of the complaint.
