The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that earlier Contempt Petition was filed by Advocate A.N. Maniyar, who expired last year. He submitted that Contempt Petition was wrongly shown on the board for dismissal and therefore, the matter was wrongly dismissed on 15th June, 2015. The learned counsel submitted that notices were not issued to contemnors, hence, the Contempt Petition is to be restored. 2.
