After the Writ Petition was completely argued, Mr. Kamat, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the same stating that the petitioners will resort to the alternate efficacious remedy available to it of appeal to E.P.F. Appellate Tribunal. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

Mr. Kamat states that the appeal would be filed by 10th July, 2015 and requests for protection until 13th July, 2015, when the
