After the filing of the above Writ Petition, the Collector, Raigad has passed an order dated 22.09.2021 holding that there are 21 unauthorized commercial galas at Gat No. 441 in Village Varasgaon, Taluka Roha, District Raigad in the middle of National Highway Service Road and that the same should be demolished / removed within a period of 30 days.

2. The relief sought in the Writ Petition is therefore, worked out. Needless to add that in the event of Respondent Nos. 5 to 9 or any other persons is aggrieved by the said order of the Collector, they may initiate independent proceedings against the same.
