The petition is listed before us for compliance of order dated 26/6/2015. Learned counsel placed on record an affidavit filed by Shri Avinash V. Godse. In paragraph 2 of the said affidavit the deponent states as under:

"I say that as per the order passed in aforesaid Writ Petition we have demolished illegal structure of Hanuman Temple and complied the order passed by this Hon'ble Court. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit-I is the copy of photographs showing the demolition of structure.
