Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "b.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent State to forthwith decide the representations dated 20.02.2017 and 11.08.2017 made by the Petitioner to Respondent No. 3 Collector, Exhibit 00 hereto;"

Learned AGP states that the representations will be decided by Respondent No. 3 Collector within a period of three weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. 4.
