After arguing for some time, when we had expressed that we are not inclined to exercise the discretionary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that instead of concluding the issue, liberty may be given to the Petitioners to apply for discharge at an appropriate stage where all contentions raised in this Petition can be raised.
