No. 110/2017 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Mumbai for offence punishable under Sections 376(f), 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Applicant, after arrest on 12/05/2017, came to be charge-sheeted.

3] Victim, in categorical terms supports the case of prosecution which is further substantiated by the medical evidence. As such, strong material on record is available to infer prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. That being so, no case for bail is made out.
