Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.356 of 2022 registered with Satara City Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 506 of IPC.

This Court vide reasoned order has already granted ad-interim protection vide order dated 29th June, 2022.

From the record, it is apparent that the victim and the applicant were in long standing relationship and it cannot be said that the necessary ingredients of Section 376 of IPC are made out particularly when there is enough material on record to infer consensual relationship. BGP.

That being so, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 29th June, 2022 stands confirmed. 5.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend Investigating Ofocer from 20th September, 2022 to 26th September, 2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

7.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
