This is an application for condoning the delay of 44 days in filing Arbitration Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application and in particular paragraph-10, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay of 44 days. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Office is directed to register the appeal, if it is otherwise ready. Order accordingly.
