As a condition for release of the applicant, he was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in this Court on or before 04/08/2022. There is no dispute that the said part of the order is complied with. As far as the second installment of Rs.3,50,000/- is concerned, it is directed to be deposited on or before 18/08/2022.

2/2 7 BA-2719-21.doc Learned counsel makes a statement that pursuant to the order being passed on 08/07/2022, he was actually released on bail on 21/07/2022, after complying the necessary formalities. He states that Demand Draft of Rs.2,00,000/- is ready with him and he shall be depositing the same within a period of one week from today. As far as defcit of Rs.1,50,000/- is concerned, he states that he shall deposit it within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The aforesaid statements are accepted.

No further orders are necessary.
