It is not in dispute that during pendency of this application, charge sheet has been filed. In view of availability of remedy under the statute, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Accordingly, the criminal application is disposed of by keeping open the remedy of the Applicant in accordance with law. All contentions of the Applicant are kept open.
