DATED : 28 JULY 2023 P.C. :- Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month to the respondent as per order dated 11 April 2018 below Exhibit- 12 till April 2018 and from May 2018 at the rate of Rs. 14,900/- per month. 2.

The impugned order shall stand modified to the above extent. 3.

The Family Court, Nashik shall endeavour to decide the petitions filed by the parties within nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
