This Civil Application is taken out for bringing the heirs of original respondent No.1 on record. Original respondent No.1 died on 8th April, 2015 and the intimation of his death was given by the Advocate for the respondents by his letter dated 19th April, 2015 to the petitioner. The present Civil Application is filed on 29th June, 2015. The same is within the prescribed period of limitation. Therefore Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a). The amendments be carried out within the period of one week and the amended copy be served upon the respondents within a week thereafter.
