By this Contempt Petition, the Petitioner alleges that the Respondent - wife has willfully disobeyed the order dated 28th April 2015 passed by this Court.

In view of subsequent developments as disclosed by the VRD

CP326.15.sxw Respondent - wife in the affidavit dated 7th August 2017, we do not find any substance in the matter.

Hence, Contempt Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
