Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, in pursuance of Order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, the Petitioner has been released on bail on 28th June 2018.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed off. 4.
